ReviewsMonitor ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our iOS application and website.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use ReviewsMonitor:

• Account information: Your email address and encrypted password when you register.
• App Store Connect credentials: API key ID, issuer ID, and private key content that you provide to connect your developer account. These are stored encrypted in our database.
• App and review data: App names, bundle IDs, and review content fetched from the App Store Connect API on your behalf.
• Push notification token: Your device's APNs token to deliver push notifications.
• Subscription status: Your current subscription tier managed through Apple's StoreKit.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your account session.
• To fetch App Store reviews on your behalf using your provided credentials.
• To send push notifications and emails when new reviews are detected.
• To manage your subscription and enforce plan limits.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS. We apply row-level security so each user can only access their own data. API credentials are stored at rest in our database — we recommend using API keys with the minimum required permissions (App Manager role).

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure.
• Apple App Store Connect API: Used to fetch your app reviews.
• Apple APNs: Used to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Resend: Used to deliver email notifications.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@reviewsmonitor.com, which will permanently delete all your data including stored credentials and review history.

Children's Privacy

ReviewsMonitor is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Terms of Service

By downloading or using ReviewsMonitor, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

ReviewsMonitor is an iOS application that monitors App Store reviews on behalf of app developers. The service polls the App Store Connect API using credentials you provide and delivers notifications when new reviews are detected.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ReviewsMonitor. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for ensuring the App Store Connect API credentials you provide are valid and that you have authorization to use them.
• You must not share your account with others or use the service to monitor apps you do not own or have permission to monitor.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

ReviewsMonitor offers auto-renewable weekly subscriptions (Senior and Pro) managed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We do not process payments directly — all billing is handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to monitor apps or accounts you do not have authorization to access.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the application.
• Use the service in any way that violates Apple's App Store Connect API terms of use.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReviewsMonitor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific polling intervals, or delivery of all notifications. Review detection depends on the availability of the App Store Connect API.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewsMonitor and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@reviewsmonitor.com.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
